Does anyone else receive their best moments of inspiration, introspection and revelation in the shower or is it just me?!
As I took just a few moments to myself to have a long hot shower the song “The Caravan of Love” by The Housemartins began playing in my head.
As I felt into the mellow vibe and gentle breeze sweeping through my mind, I realised the sacred healing that is taking place through our hands, our hearts and our home.
A Return to Love
In saving the animals, we are saving ourselves, as they cause us to remember how far away from true love we have veered, whilst simultaneously, offering us a way back.
My love-filled home, occupied by the animals and their carers, all of whom have become family as we overcome and celebrate life’s challenges together, reverberates with a soulful energy that can only be felt by those with an open heart.
I am reminded of Kye Crow Author who has an ACTUAL caravan of love, a home-made waggon expertly crafted by her partner Gill, lead by her unique following of camels and 50 rescued animals!
A Symbiotic Relationship of Upliftment
And I realised something deeply poignant.
We are weaving the fabric of a new reality, one anchored in love, empathy and truth, as we educate, motivate and inspire one another in a symbiotic relationship of upliftment.
The lyrics of this song capture this liminal space perfectly - the photo below was from my Mum's birthday, when my two right-hand men Simba and Morgen, and our House Keeper Blessings, gathered together to sing Happy Birthday to her, as she's an enormous support.
