A Whole Heart
Whatever we do in life, whether it’s rescuing animals or raking the leaves, we must do it with a whole heart, that’s the secret sauce that keeps the wheels turning.
I am so blessed to have the best team in the world, they’ve been with me for a long time and we’ve weathered many storms, we are now family.
As with anything, there are a lot of mundane tasks that have to be done like picking up the remains of a tasty meal or the endless cleaning, but we are all in, all of the time.
Nothing is too much and the care and precision with which every task is carried out is a sight to behold, I often hear them singing in prayer as they go and this always warms my heart.
But no matter how many hours we put in, how much we do and how hard we work, it’s never enough, and we’ve learned to let go and let God, trusting Him with everything.
Always Growing
Our secret sauce gets better over time, like a fine wine, it’s not static, it’s always developing, maturing and growing, like we are, and it’s wholesome, healthy and healing.
I’m not producing content, I’m building community, camaraderie and consistency, with the purpose of causing more and more people to join our Caravan of Love.

We are powerful beyond measure and playing small does not serve the world.
A Unique Voice
Our secret sauce is our unique voice, style, passion, power and purpose and in tapping into that we not only do we liberate others, but also ourselves.
Let us hold each other’s hands, lift each other up and share the truth about everything that is on our heart, because none of us are free until all of us are free.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
